Hadrumetum

Founded by the Phoenicians in the 9th century BC, Hadrumentum allied itself with Rome during the Punic Wars.

Base for Hannibal vs. Scipio at end of 2nd Punic War.

Defied Caesar.

Trajan made Colony.
